Mein Bergfreunde Highlight
Bergfreunde is rapidly growing in all markets that we operate in. At the same time, we also have more and more colleagues joining us with different cultural backgrounds. A few months after joining the company, I had the privilege of organizing our first International Culture Celebration to celebrate this cultural diversity. It turned out to be a big success with food from all over the world, games, and in general a good time all around - it quickly became a recurring event. Another highlight for me must be our successful Black Friday campaign (or Black "Week" as we like to see it). Months of preparations from all teams across the business go into our aim for a successful outcome of the year’s most demanding time. As a key member of the cross-divisional team that organized and managed this major campaign, I was thrilled with the great result we had as an outcome from both an organizational and sales perspective.
Ich arbeite gerne im Markets, weil
the Markets team is very small which allows for quick and easy communication and collaboration. At the same time, we also work together with pretty much all other teams on a daily basis while keeping an eye on business operations. We do many business development projects that focus on the needs of all European customers and simultaneously aim for sustainable business growth. Because of this, we also face many challenges that keep our jobs interesting at all times with no week being the same as the previous one.
